About Sunset Park & Recreation Foundation
The Sunset Park & Recreation Foundation is a 501(c)3 non-profit established in 1998 to support the efforts of the Park & Recreation District. Each year, the Foundation hosts events and fundraisers to support district programs and projects. The district scholarship program, supported by the foundation, helped over 300 children, youth, adults and seniors have access to safe, quality aquatic, recreational and youth services last year, totaling a little over $22,000.
